Personal data policy

1. Personal data

Ongoal protects the consumer's ("customer") personal integrity and strives to always protect the customer's personal data in the best possible way. It is Ongoal's goal and responsibility to follow everyone, at every time, applicable laws and regulations for personal data protection. In connection with the purchase or submission of information, the customer agrees to process the customer's personal data in accordance with the specified regulations.

The new data protection legislation that came into force on 25 May 2018 aims, among other things, to strengthen the individual's right to their data. Thus, the customer has the right to know what Ongoal does with the personal data, for what purposes Ongoal deals with the information, how long the information is stored and which takes part in the information.

If the customer is dissatisfied with Ongoal's processing of the customer's personal data, the customer may at any time turn to Ongoal's customer service as below or the Data Inspectorate/Integrity Authority.

2. What personal data is processed?

Ongoal will process the personal data provided by the customer in connection with the customer becoming a customer of Ongoal, communicating with Ongoal or which Ongoal has collected from other sources/partners/social media or from The website www.ongoal.se and associated pages ("The Website") through cookies in order to administer the customer's purchase and fulfill Ongoal's commitments to the customer. The personal information that Ongoal processes is the customer's social security number, name, gender, e-mail address and e-mails, purchase, payment and order history, intercourse, payment and credit card numbers, delivery address, IP address and telephone number.

3. How are personal data used?

In order for Ongoal to process the customer's personal data, the processing must be based on legal grounds in accordance with current privacy legislation. This means either that the treatment must be necessary for Ongoal to be able to fulfill an agreement with the customer (Ongoal processes data in order to handle payments, complaints, complaints and to protect the customer against unauthorized infringement and virus), in order for Ongoal to fulfill a legal obligation (Ongoal deals with the data to fulfill the laws of the law, for example, A legitimate interest (Ongoal deals with data to communicate with the customer regarding the goods and services provided, which requires the consent of the customer) or after a balance of interests (Ongoal deals with data for identification, direct marketing, customer surveys, newsletters and statistical purposes, provided the customer does not object to this, which the customer can at any time to contact

Furthermore, the information may be used to analyze purchase habits in order to provide the customer with relevant information and marketing and to improve the site, payment methods and payment processes. The customer's social security number will also be processed in connection with purchases on behalf of, or due to requirements from, payment and credit companies that need this for credit information purposes such as Klarna, for example. The use of the data may involve interconnection with other registers, both within and outside the EU, and that the customer's personal data is transferred to, and processed by, other companies within Ongoal's cooperation networks (such as Shopify, BBAB Media, NSHift, Bring, DHL and UPS) including third -party suppliers in previous purposes. The information may also be coordinated or shared with authorities or Ongoal's cooperation networks, including third -party suppliers for, for example, printing and distribution as well as payment intermediaries and credit companies for payment or credit information. Ongoal always observes greatest caution on such occasions.

By approving the policy on the site in connection with the purchase or submitting information, the customer agrees that the customer's personal data may be transferred to land outside the EEA.

If all or part of Ongoal's operations are sold or integrated with other operations, the customer's personal data can be disclosed to Ongoal's advisers, any buyers and the buyer's advisers and be passed on to the new owner of the business. 

4. How is the customer's personal data protected?

To keep the personal data ongoal processing in secure detention, Ongoal has taken several security measures. Ongoal also uses, among other things. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which is a protocol for secure data via the Internet (or other networks). The customer needs to check that SSL is not turned off in the browser settings. In order to prevent unauthorized access when processing the customer's payment or credit card number, one-way encryption is also used.

5. How long is the customer's personal data saved?

If the customer has consented to being a registered customer with Ongoal, the customer's information is saved until the customer deregister or for as long as it is necessary in view of the purpose of the treatment. The customer can unsubscribe at any time as a customer. If the customer does not register as a customer, the customer's information is saved as long as it is necessary based on requirements in law or to fulfill Ongoals or Ongoal's partner's commitments to the customer (for example, to fulfill delivery or guarantee commitments). The customer's information is saved regardless of never longer than is allowed under the applicable data protection regulation. 

6. Update and correction of Customer's Personal Data

Ongoal wants to ensure that the customer's personal data is accurate and updated. If any of the information has submitted to Ongoal changes (eg regarding e-mail address, name or payment details or if the customer wants to terminate his user account), the customer is asked to contact Ongoal's customer service and provide appropriate information. The customer is entitled to data portality (that is, to obtain their disclosed data in a certain format that the customer can then transfer to another personal data manager) and to request that the personal data be corrected, restricted/blocked or deleted. Similarly, the customer is entitled to receive a register extract from Ongoal once a year, in order to be able to check what information is registered if the customer, provided that the customer clearly indicates what information is requested and that the customer can identify himself in a safe way.

The customer's personal data is not processed for purposes relating to direct marketing if the customer opposes such treatment. The customer has the right to withdraw a consent at any time on the processing of personal data. Such revocation can be limited to only the treatment (eg that concerns direct marketing). In addition, Ongoal processes personal data on grounds other than consent, which is why Ongoal will continue with some processing even after the consent is revoked.

Ongoal is required to make changes to this personal data policy at any time to the extent the changes are necessary to rectify disruptions or to fulfill new legal or technical requirements. All changes to this personal data policy will be published on the site.

7. Links

The site may contain links to other websites. This personal data policy applies only to the site. When the customer is linked to another website, the customer should read the personal data policy that applies to the page in question. Note that Ongoal does not take responsibility for other website processing of personal data.

8. Cookies

When visitors navigate on Ongoal's website, Ongoal Cookies places the visitor's computer, mobile or such device ("device") for various reasons. A cookie is a small text -based file (often less than 1 KB) that is downloaded and stored on the visitor's device and contains information about the visitor's navigation on the site. For example, cookies can be used to keep track of which pages the visitor was on the site, save the information that the visitor has provided or remember the visitor's settings.

Ongoal uses cookies to give the visitor access to all features of the site, customize the visitor's user experience, perform analyzes and improve Ongoal's service offering.

Each cookie has an publisher, who shows who it belongs to. First -party cookies are placed on the website by Ongoal while third -party cookies are placed on the website by any other organization, but with Ongoal's condition.

Cookies can be saved in the visitor's browser or on the visitor's unit for different long time. Temporary cookies are saved on the visitor's device until the visitor closes the browser. Permanent cookies have an expiry date, and when this date has passed, the cookie is deleted when the visitor returns to the website that created it.

By using Ongoal's website and/or by approving Ongoal's terms and personal data policy, the visitor agrees to process cookies as previously stated and that Ongoal shares this information with third party. In some cases, this may mean that the visitor's information is processed outside the EU/EEA. If the visitor does not accept that cookies are used, the visitor can turn off cookies in their browser's security settings. The visitor can also set the browser so that the visitor gets a question every time Ongoal's website tries to place a cookie on the visitor's device. Through the browser, previously stored cookies can also be deleted. However, note that if the visitor chooses not to accept cookies, the visitor will not be able to make purchases on the site. The functionality may also otherwise be limited.
