In 2009, Theragun's founder Jason Wersland was involved in a motorcycle accident and began to search for a solution for his grinding pain. In 2016, his final product came out on the market and customers around the world got to experience the magic of Slag therapy. Several sequels were manufactured and in 2020 also came the Therabody app, where with the help of Bluetooth you can regulate Theragun's speed and get tips on personal health routines. In addition to thousands of satisfied customers, Theragun is represented by, among other things, football professional Christiano Ronaldo and retired tennis star Maria Sharapova.
